Like last year, we went to the neighborhood's Trunk or Treat, just down the street from our house. And, once again, we had so much fun, we really didn't want to leave or go anywhere else! I finished Jason's Hulk costume a few days ago, and I caved and let him buy the hands....all I can say is...does anyone want to borrow the costume for next year??? Gotta get my money's (and time's) worth! The kids were up early, so we carved and painted pumpkins. Kinsey looked kinda grossed out by the carving process, so I gave her some of my acrylic paints and let her at it on her and Jonas' pumpkins. After
that, we took lunch over to the school and had lunch with daddy. It was fun. We were going to stay for the choir concert and the parade, but I signed up to make vat of soup and 4 dozen breadsticks for the soup/bread part of the Trunk or Treat, so we went home for Jonas' nap, Kinsey's quiet time, and my flight of the bumblebees around the kitchen. We had a busy day, but, once I set the
soup out at the party, we just had fun and visited with everyone! A few people thought Jonas looked deprived because he wasn't trick or treating, so they gave him a few treats!
You can tell he was very excited!
The last two pictures are of Jonas being cute! I looked in at him yesterday because he was being unusually quiet....and I know that you all know what that means, right? TROUBLE! So, I looked in on him and saw him staring at Kinsey's baby doll that was on the floor, and he was looking at it like, "Is
that thing alive?" It was pretty cute, so I kept watching him and he crawled over and got his empty bottle and tried to feed it to the baby! Also, Jonas LOVES the piano. He begs and begs for me to sit him on the chair and let him play. If I won't put him on the chair, he'll stand on his tip-toes and almost hang there like a monkey playing as much as he can before he falls over. Its cute that he loves it so much he'd take a fall for it!

so cute! That is some good pumpkin carving too. The trunk or treat was so much fun next year we are going to stay the whole time. We ended up going to that carnival which was fun but more for older kids.
congrats on the nephew, He's pretty cute, and i would be wanting to head that way also. Im lucky my nephew is due in 11 day's but in vernal. Close enough to see!
