We left for California Wednesday night and stayed with Jason's parents. We went to the farm, saw the animals, went to the park a lot, and of course.....THE EASTER BUNNY CAME! Jonas was totally into the egg hunting, Kinsey was totally into the egg decorating/dye activities, and I was totally into the SUN! It was great! The Easter Bunny came early this year...he came Saturday afternoon! Right after dinner Kinsey looked out the window and noticed that there were eggs everywhere in the yard! We walked outside and right outside the front door were the Easter baskets! That Easter Bunny sure is smart! He knew we had to leave to come home early Sunday morning! We usually stop somewhere in Las Vegas to stretch our legs and we decided to stop at the Bass Pro Shops/Silverton Casino this time. They usually have a real live mermaid in their HUGE saltwater aquarium and we've never been
able to see her live. This time we were actually on time and everything....but she must have been home with her family because she never showed. BUT, this really cool scuba steve guy came and fed the Manta Rays live in the tank and he was even talking to us all from inside the tank via a microphone! It was really cool! We also got to have our picture taken with the REAL Easter Bunny! We had been driving for 4 hours by then and we looked a little scary, but it was fun!

What in the world?! The Easter bunny couldn't fit it all in one basket for each person, so you all got 2 baskets each and a little extra? Sounds like a holiday in Bakersfield with Goi and Papa and Gramma Carol and Auntie Deanna, ect.. Fun pictures!!! Didn't we learn about the Bass Pro Shop from you guys? And you've never seen the mermaid? WHA?! How does that make sense?
Dang, Gina! Girlfren's got some eggs in that there basket! And he's oozing with personality. Too funny.
How Fun! Gosh Caitlyn your kids are getting huge! :) I'm glad you guys had a great Easter, we miss ya.

I'm so sorry I've been gone so long. computer is finally fixed and I still need to call you back. I love you, miss you and want to see you and the cutie family as soon as possible. Swinging by NYC any time soon. Ok enough babbling.
