This year I made Kinsey a deal. Every other year we'd do a big party or sleepover, (now that she's old enough for them), and on the off years we'd do something smaller for her friend parties. This year, we took a few of Kinsey's best friends to Maggie Moos Icecreamery for icecream! Everyone picked out an icecream and mix-in and we had a blast! It was pretty low-key and a little hard for me to let go of the huge parties we used to have for her, but it was such a relief too! Kinsey had blue lips from her cotton candy icecream she'd picked out! We opened a few presents after everyone finished their icecream and the kids had fun checking it all out, (that's the
pic of them all huddled around the table!) It was so nice to just have a small party because we'd been sick on an off for months and I'd had full-body hives for weeks because my immune system was shot from all the sicknesses we'd had! Luckily, my hives went away for a couple hours so I could take Kinsey and her friends out for a fun time!
