First Snow of the Season!

A few days before Halloween, the weatherman said it was gonna snow. Yeah, I was like..."whatever". That morning, it was so rediculously warm outside I thought....that weatherman was on crack! Well, when I saw the temperature reading in my car go from 42 degrees to 32 degrees during a 7 minute drive, I realized I'd forgotten about the old adage, "the warm before the storm"! It had really gotten bad during the afternoon, so after naps, I dug out all the snow stuff and let the kids at it! Usually Kinsey doesn't last but 5 minutes, but she was running and doing snow angels and collecting icecicles and throwing snowballs at the front door! She stayed out for over an hour! I tried keeping Jonas in, but he was having none of that! You can tell by the pictures that I stayed inside. I watched them from my front window and had a ball watching them have so much fun! The code was when they knocked on the door, they just wanted to tell me something, but when they rang the doorbell, that meant they were done for good. So, when they rang the doorbell, I brought them inside, shook all the snow from their pantlegs...I hate that stowaway snow...and warmed them up! It was fun! Next time I'm going out with them!
